Day 1:Fukuoka - Yamaga - Nagomi
Visit the North of Kumamoto, where breweries and popular winery are brewing
START-> [Tenjin, Hakata sta. or Fukuoka airport]-----[Kikka Winery and Hananoka Shuzo Brewery in Yamaga-shi and Nagomi-machi in Kumamoto]-----[Stay in Hirayama Onsen in Yamaga-shi, Kumamoto] ::::: Rice has been grown more than 2000 years in this Kikuchi river area thanks to the beautiful water. Hananoka brewery makes Japanese sake with local rice and won a prize in a contest overseas. Try sake at the tasting bar in the brewery, some are available only here. Also, visit an award-winning winery 'Kikka Winery', where vineyards spread in rich nature. Stay in Hirayama Onsen being famous for its good water quality.
Visit long-established brewery in Yame and Sakagura-dori street in Kashima

Visit 200-year-history brewery 'Kitaya' making sake in old town in Yame-shi, Fukuoka. In Kashima-shi, Saga, making sake has passed down from the Edo era. Some breweries still gather here and one of them, 'Fukuchiyo Shuzo', makes 'Nabeshima' won the best prize in IWC 2011. Learn about the spirits of brewers by inspection of breweries and find your favorite sake. Back to Fukuoka city, enjoy eating at yatai stalls and shopping. There are some popular standing bars selling sake in Fukuoka city.
