Day 1：Fukuoka - Hitoyoshi - Kirishima: Play in the Kuma River, one of the three rapid streams in Japan
START-> [Tenjin, Hakata sta. or Fukuoka airport]-----[Kumagawa-kudari, Rafting in Hitoyoshi-shi, Kumamoto]-----[Stay in Kirishima Onsen in Kirishima-shi, Kagoshima] ::::: Kuma river flows in South of Kumamoto. Try 'Kuma River Boat Ride' and enjoy cruising on the calm and clear water or 'White-Water Rafting' and feel thrilled on rapid streams. The scenery for each season is also worth to see. Enjoy eel for lunch, there is some restaurants including 100-year-history one.

The calm 'Kumagawa Kudari' cruise and the thrilling 'white water rafting' at Kuma river in Hitoyoshi in the south of Kumamoto are popular with tourists.

Day 2：Kirishima: Trek/Hike in Kirishima-Kinkowan National Park
[Kirishima Mountains Trekking in Kagoshima prefecture and Miayzaki prefeture]-----[Stay in Kirishima Onsen in Kirishima-shi, Kagoshima] ::::: Kirishima Mountains are one of the national parks in Japan. The rich nature are formed by volcano activities. Choose a suitable trekking/hiking course to you and enjoy the nature of Kirishima fully. The scenery in each season is also attractive; Kyushu azalea in spring, autumn leaves in autumn and snow rime in winter. After enjoy mountains, visit Kirihima shrine and see impressive red torii gate. Relaxed in Kirishima onsen, a blessing of volcano at the end of a day.

Climb up Kirishima Mountain National Park

A variety of trekking/hiking courses are available in Kirishima mountains including the highest Mt.Karakuni (1,700m). Try your favorite and enjoy at your pace.

Day 3：Kirishima- Nobeoka - Takachiho: Move from mountain to the seaside! Enjoy the sea in Miyazaki
[Kirishima-shi, Kagoshima]-----[Outdoor activities in Nobeoka-shi, Miyazaki]-----[Taking a boat at Takachiho Gorge in Takachiho-cho, Miyazaki] ----- [Stay in Takachiho-cho, Miyazaki] ::::: Choose your favorite activities from plenty of choices like diving, surfing and sea kayaking at the sea where coral reef and tropical fish live in Nobeoka-shi, Miyazaki near the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy seafood BBQ here, too. Look up the mysterious viewing from a boat at Takachiho Gorge. And see the starry sky in Takachiho surrounded by mountains.

Takachiho is believed to be a place of Japanese Myths. Visit mysterious places, 'Takachiho Gorge', 'Amanoiwato shrine' and 'Amanoyasugawara' river bank.

Day 4：Takachiho - Aso & Kuju - Fukuoka city: Run around the panoramic landscapes in Aso and Kuju
[Takachiho-cho, Miyazaki] -----[Aso Kuju National Park in Kumamoto prefecture and Oita prefecture] ----- <-GOAL> [Fukuoka city] ::::: The landscapes in Aso Kuju National Park are different from those in Kirishima. You will see panoramic landscapes like Mt. Aso and Kuju mountain ranges, idyllic scenery in Kuju plateau, Tadewara wetlands and Bougatsuru wetland. Fully enjoy the nature in Aso and Kuju through outdoor activities like horse riding, guided tours, cycling and so on. Eating local food in the nature is also superb. Back to Fukuoka city, enjoy food at yatai stalls and shopping.
