The tour offers an exclusive local lunch in the beautiful landscape known as the most famous Tanada in Nagasaki, cuisine served directly by local moms which ingredients are not only grown locally but strictly selected by the locals.
You can then get to know more of local people there while making a bamboo plate and cooking local cuisine with them. Can also try a Japanese drum workshop performed by the local children to deepen a friendship.

[Enjoy an exclusive local lunch of the day]
You can enjoy a special lunch uniquely set in the great view from Tanada. Cuisine supervised by Michelin starred chef is cooked by local moms, all of the ingredients are grown locally and strictly selected by them.
[Try to cook with natural bamboo]
Try making a unique plate of locally grown bamboo then to cook local cuisine while using bamboo tree as a cookware. *The plate you made can be taken back to your home.
[Feel the soundscape of Japanese local drums]
Local children show Wadaiko, Japanese drums performance. You can then try to play the drums as well.
[option: Be a Samurai in a suit of armor]
While strolling along the traditional townscape, you can optionally be dressed in a Japanese Samurai suit of armor and walk around for a little while.
