17:00　Taking Hokkein Onsen

07:30　Climbing up Mt.Taisesn (1786m)
11:30　Lunch and back to the base camp
13:30　Taking down a tent and climbing down a mountain
15:00　Back to the starting point and finish

*Tour runs with a tour guide. (English, Japanese and Spanish speaking)
*Going to the meeting point from Fukuoka with a guide is possible upon request.

Detailed information

period: 2 days between Friday and Monday, From April to November

Hours: Meeting at 10:00 am on the first day and finishing at 15:00 on the next day

Time required: 1 night 2 days (29 hours)

Target age: Elementary school students and over. Children and older people should have enough physical fitness level to keep walking for 6 hours. All children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Clothing / belongings: Please come with suitable clothes, shoes and a hat for mount climbing. Please bring a towel, a change of clothes, rainwear, a sleeping bag, a light meals like snacks and water.

Experience fee: - Junior high school students and older: JPY 36,300 per a person (tax incl.)
- Elementary school students: JPY 32,670 per a person (tax incl.)
- Under 5 years old are not allowed to join

Note: Depending on the weather and the number of participants, the course may be changed to climbing the mountain with an overnight stay at Hokkein Sanso located in Bogatsuru. In that case, lodging and other expenses will be included in the experience fee.

Notes: - Not recommended for pregnant people and people with heart conditions or other serious medical conditions.
- Please let us know in advance if you have any food allergies.
- Travelers should have a moderate or strong physical fitness level.
- This tour will be cancelled if the weather is bad.
- This tour will be hold in case it is light rain.
- This tour requires a minimum number of travelers.

Access: Meeting in front of the Tozanguchi 'Chojabaru Visitor Center' *You will find a flag at the meeting point.
[By car] Approx. 40 mins from Kokonoe IC of Oita Expressway

Pickup: Guide will take you to the meeting point if the guests stay in the guesthouse owned by Yamabito club in Chikuchino-shi in Fukuoka prefecture in advance.

Parking: 450 parking space at Chojabaru Visitor Center

- This tour requires a minimum 2 travelers.
